Applicants are entered into a 45-tab browser challenge, navigating corporate jargon while being peppered with Slack notifications and faux calendar invites in real-time.
Phase 4: Stakeholder Alignment Theater™
Participants perform a live executive role-play session, showcasing their ability to fake understanding of KPI dashboards they’ve never seen before.
Phase 5: Vibe Density Stress Testing™
Using our proprietary VibeSync™ Simulator, candidates are pushed to the Emotional Bandwidth Limit™, required to maintain composure while hearing words like “synergy”, “pipelines”, and “leverage” on loop.
Phase 6: Bradical University™ Alignment Quiz
A timed online certification covering:
- Narrative Velocity Theory
- Perceptual Engagement Loops
- Emotional KPI Fabrication
Minimum passing score: 111%.
Phase 7: The Final Call
Applicants who survive all prior stages receive a phone call from Janessa O. Ütluk, who says nothing but “…we’re watching.”, then hangs up.
