📋 5 Bradical Ways to Pretend You’re Not Running the Company (When You Definitely Are)
Officially, she’s our Executive Coordinator. Unofficially, she’s the reason anything happens around here.
—
1. Weaponize the Phrase “Just Circling Back”
It sounds innocent. But it’s code for: “I’ve already solved this twice and your delay is now performance art.” Use it with grace. And menace.
2. Schedule Around Executives Like They’re Toddlers
Buffer times. Snack windows. Nap-worthy “meditation blocks.” You’re not coordinating meetings; you’re choreographing a fragile emotional ballet.
3. Use Passive Voice as a Power Move™
“It appears this was overlooked.”
Translation: You forgot. Again.
Never accuse. Just imply with the elegance of a HR-trained dagger.
4. Disguise Commands as Calendar Invites
No one questions a calendar invite. It’s sacred. Send one titled “Quick Sync” at 7:12 a.m. with no context and watch the fear bloom.
5. Maintain an Air of Deliberate Ambiguity™
Smile mysteriously. Use acronyms no one understands. Let people believe you’re either incredibly busy or part of an internal investigation. Both work.
